As the development of society and mathematics, it is imperative to reform the mathematical education, one important subject of which is how to make the mathematical education adapt to the development of the mathematical modernisation. The reform on new curriculum and science, some subjects on the advanced mathematics are applied into the high school curriculum. Many advanced mathematics knowledge became the part of the mathematical textbook. This changed the exam-oriented education.At the same time, there are many test questions based on the advanced mathematics occurring in the test of College Entrance Examination, which can test efficiently the students'creativity and potential. How to set questions based on the advanced mathematics scientifically is a central issue, which attracts much attention of the scholars and the teachers, and this is the content of the thesis.In this thesis, the modernization process of the middle school mathematics at home and abroad is studied by using the literature research method and Reverse Engineering research method. Some mathematical assignment methods based on advanced mathematics are sumarized, by analyzing some journals, the relevant monograph and college entrance examination questions.Firstly, the current situation of the curriculum reform at home and abroad is introduced systematically. It is pointed that applying some subjects on the advanced mathematics into the high school curriculum is a central issue which attracts the attention of the world. And the necessity of our study is proved.Secondly, this thesis introduces the reform in the content and mode of the college entrance exam briefly, especially the reform on mathematics exam. As the change of the standard of mathematical curriculum and the examination syllabus, the content of university admission mathematical examination is aslo changed. So, we can get the conclusion that is setting questions from focusing on the knowledge to the ability. Thirdly, by the research method of the reverse engineering, the thesis sumarizes four methods that set mathematical test questions of the college entrance exam.There are the method of directly referencing advanced mathematics knowledge, the method of transfering the advanced mathematics to primary problem, the method of language transfering and deducted shape-shifting Method. After that, starting from the case, this thesis analyses the exam questions which is studied from the origin, knowledge link and the development, and sets some new questions by the former methods.Finally, this thesis compiles and lists the college entrance examination questions from 2000 to 2010 which based on the advanced mathematics and summarizes some patterns and trends. Also,this thesis gives some theoretical and practical inspirations in setting questions.
