The basketball teaching guiding principle is clear, the teaching goal establishment is appropriate in the quality colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province. The student is interested very much to the basketball class, the academic motivation by exercises bodily, the adjustment psychology and slows down the pressure primarily. The teaching a course time is short, teaching study period establishment insufficiency in the minority school, cannot satisfy the student to study the basketball knowledge the need.2. The basketball class teaching material's use existence not unity in the quality colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province, use the place series to arrange the teaching material in Counts the school, the use higher education series arranges with the sports college compilation teaching material in the minority school. The practice class course content takes the motor skill primarily, the theory class teaching lacks basketball science exercise method and basketball appreciation and so on humanity the contents, the course content cannot meet student's needs.3. The basketball class teaching method relative backwardness in the quality colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province,mainly by traditional teaching method primarily, but some modernization teaching method has not obtained the popularization and the promotion, has not formed the teaching method system, cannot use multimedia and so on modernization teaching medias fully. 4.
