In today's world, peace and development have become the undisputed theme. The internationalization of the postgraduate education around the world has entered a period of comprehensive development. The stable political situation and the good higher education environment have created favorable conditions for the development of China's International education. According to statistics from the ministry of education, there are a total of 195,503 international students studying in china in 2007, the largest year in enrolling international students since the establishment of China. To further improve the quality of China's International education, there is still need to expand the number of high-level foreign students. Developing foreign diploma students, especially foreign postgraduate students in china, can not only enhance the level of internationalization of the postgraduate education, but also expand the influence of China's colleges and universities in the world.As an ancient country with thousands years of agricultural civilization, China has rich experience in the development of agriculture and forestry. Socialist modernization has injected a flow of fresh vitality into the development of agriculture and forestry. These provide broad areas for the education cause of foreign Postgraduate Students in China's agricultural and forestry universities. During China's 30-odd years of reform and opening-up, there are splendid achievements in the education cause of foreign Postgraduate Students in China's agricultural and forestry universities. However, we have to maintain keen vigilance on the problems in this process. In this paper, by analyzing the status quo and inhibiting factors of foreign postgraduate students in agricultural and forestry universities in China, I try to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and provide some effective measures to further advance thedevelopment of foreign postgraduate students in agriculture and forestry universities in China. The exact details are as follows: Chapter one:The proposal of this study, present studies home and abroad, basic concepts, research methods and the feasibility analysis provide both theoretical and scientific basis for this paper.Chapter two:The review of the development of the education of foreign postgraduate students in china. This chapter begins with a brief summary of the development international students education, and then focuses on the history of the education of foreign postgraduate students in China, the status quo, and the features. In order to know the historical background of foreign Postgraduate Students's education in China on the whole.Chapter four:The research on the developing strategy of foreign students education in the main developed countries in the world. This chapter introduces the development of international education in United States, Britain, and Japan, in order to get the general rule of the development of the cause of international education. To provide useful experience and lessons for the education cause of foreign Postgraduate Students in China's agricultural and forestry universities.Chapter three:the analysis of the development of the international postgraduate students education in China's agricultural and forestry universities. From the research of the foreign managers, foreign postgraduate students in China, the supervisors of foreign postgraduate students in China, and the classmates of foreign postgraduate students in China in five agricultural and forestry universities, I attempt to learn the current status of the international postgraduate students education in agricultural and forestry universities in China and its impact factors.Chapter five:The suggestions about how to improve the international postgraduate students education in agricultural and forestry universities in China. This part mainly makes some exact suggestions to the reform of the international postgraduate students education in agricultural and forestry universities in terms of government's macro-mangement and university's micro-mangement.
