Local colleges and universities in China are huge in quantity, th e large number of graduate students,is an important part of higher educatio n in an important position, but also the implementation of the quality educa tion of graduate student. The quality of training the comprehensive quality of the implementation of quality education is not only related to our graduat e students research of local college students,development is more related to l ocal universities and regional economic and social development, plays a very important role.
