On Shanxi Province's Structure And Distribution Police Choice Of Sports Industry

Sports industry which is an important part of the modern tertiary industry, has the advantages of wide tertiary industry, high added value of the product and wide job caliber. It is the important fund channel which assures the development of sports enterprise; it has a remarkable contribution to the development of the national economy; it is the emerging industry which promotes the growth of regional economy, improves and coordinates the economic structure, and promotes the development of labour employment and relative industries. It is also the new economic growth point of national economy. As far as Shanxi province is concerned, the sports industry is still at primary stage, and develops relatively slowly. However, with the increased level of national economic development, the local government has put great emphasis on the sports industry and has gained certain achievements. From the added value results of Shanxi province's sports industry and relevant industries, we can see that the development of Shanxi province's sports industry is behind the average level of country, and there is a great gap between Shanxi province and the developed regions. Therefore, we should start from the standpoint that helps and encourages the policy-making of industrial development, and we should optimize Shanxi province's structure of sports industry, establish the distribution of developmental strategy rationally, and promote the healthy, rapid and orderly development of Shanxi province's sports industry.Through the consultation of relevant literature, this paper sorted out and analyzed the Policy and Rules of sports industry which are promulgated and implemented by Shanxi province, analyzed the research data of Shanxi province's sports industry, and finally put forward some suggestions about Shanxi Province's structure and distribution police choice of sports industry.The researching subject of our study is Shanxi province's structure of sports industry. By means of theory of industrial economics, this paper analyzed the added value results of Shanxi province's current sports industry and relevant industries, and compared the internal and external structure of industrial added value. The result showed the outlook of the Shanxi province's sports industry which could be generalized as follows:the overall scale of sports industry is too small; the industrial structure is not properly, thus to quicken the physical fitness and amusement industry is urgent; the level of sports consumption is not high enough, thus to stimulate the sports consumption has become our first imperative. On the strength of results above, I claim that to promote the development of Shanxi province's sports industry, we should start form the structural adjustment and distribution of industry, and establish corresponding policies of industrial structure and distribution. Firstly, we should optimize Shanxi province's structure of sports industry on the development of sports industry policies. Specifically, we should regard the physical fitness and amusement industry as our leading industry, and we should make it drive the overall upgrade of Shanxi province's structure of sports industry, with the close combination with municipal physical fitness regulations. We should pay great attention to Shanxi province's sports competition and demonstration industry in order to promote the development of other medium and relevant sports industries. We should regulate the sports goods industries on the basis of market demand, develop the sports lottery industry moderately, and endeavor to develop Shanxi province's sports tourism in line with local conditions to highlight the characteristics of sports industry. Secondly, as far as the distribution-policy choices are concerned, we should build healthy industrial garden areas of sports goods making and flagship stores of sports goods. Exactly, we should make sports services grounded on the capital city of Shanxi province-Taiyuan, and make radiation from the capital city to its municipalities and small and middle-sized cities. We should properly distribute the regional economic levels, sports foundations and natural conditions and resources. We should encourage various organizations to enter into sports service by means of integrating Shanxi's resources, transformation and development, and policies about the rising of the middle part.
