The Impact Of Population Age Structure Change On The Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In Hebei Province

China began to enter the aging society of the population in 2000.The phenomenon of aging,as well as the decline of fertility caused by the decline of fertility willingness,have caused great changes in the age structure of the population.The change of population age structure will affect the industrial structure.Taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper first makes a descriptive analysis of the relevant data of population age structure and three industrial structures in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2017,and obtains the present situation and trend of their development.This paper summarizes the three characteristics of the age structure of the population in Hebei Province: first,the age structure of the population is spindle-shaped;Second,the aging intensifies and the population burden increases;third,the proportion of children and the proportion of the elderly population is in the opposite direction.change? The characteristics of the three industrial structure in Hebei Province are as follows: first,the output value of the three industries is growing rapidly,especially the tertiary industry;the other is that the proportion of the three industries is quite different from that of the whole country.Secondly,this paper uses grey relational analysis and OLS regression analysis to analyze the influence of population age structure change on industrial structure adjustment in Hebei Province.The structure of grey relational analysis shows that among the three industries,the population aging rate as a variable of population age structure is most closely related to the third industrial structure,which is in turn the primary industry and the second industry.From the analysis results of industrial structure upgrading,the population aging rate is more closely related to the industrial structure upgrading,so the population aging.The influence of industrialization on the upgrading of industrial structure is more obvious.The results of OLS regression analysis show that the change of age structure of population in Hebei Province has a significant impact on the rational development of the three industrial structures.Among them,the age structure of population plays an important role in promoting the rationalization of the structure of the primary industry.In the secondary industry,the change of population age structure has a significant impact on the secondary industry,and the increase of the elderly dependency ratio has a certain hindrance on the development of the secondary industry.In the tertiary industry,the change of population age structure has a positive impact on the rationalization of the tertiary industry structure;in the industrial structure upgrading,the development of industrial structure in Hebei Province conforms to the international "321" development trend,and the change of population age structure has a driving effect on the industrial structure upgrading.Finally,combined with descriptive analysis and empirical analysis,this paper proposes to adjust the three industrial structures in accordance with the changing trend of population age structure in order to achieve sustainable economic development.
