Research On The Innovation Of College Counselors' Ideological And Political Education Methods For The 90's Generation

Being an important part of teachers,college counselors carry out ideological and political education of college students. They are responsible for training and educating people,and play a vital role in growth and success of students. With "90" students becoming the main campus students,college counselors'working methods of the ideological and political are particularly important. Exploring new methods of ideological and political education not only promote the development and effectiveness of ideological and political education practice, but also enhance scientificness of ideological and political education theory.This paper focused on why after 90s'college students'counselor need innovation and how to innovate. First, this paper analyzed the role of after 90s'counselor played and the basic ideas they should adhere to during ideological and political education activities.Secondly, this paper elaborated the impacts on the ideological and political education methods which are caused by changes of education object, education environment and education goals.Thirdly, this paper discussed the advantages of traditional ideological and political education, and its application in 90s'era. Finally, this paper explored principles and methods of the ideological and political education innovation, and analyzed the new method implementation requirements.
