The Investigation And Study Of The Current Condition Of Amateur Badminton Sports In Changzhou

With the swiftly developing of China economy, people's living standard has reached the well-off level in developed regions. While with the satisfied of material prosprity, people are now paying more and more attention to health. The fitness consciousness has permeated among people. In recent years, with its advantages such as good exercise result, uneasy injury, strong interesting, comfort expenditure and so on, badminton has been deeply loved by the general public, so a variety of amateur badminton clubs have sprung up and the population of the people who take part in the badminton clubs increases sharply. But the researches of amateur badminton club are less in china and the study of Changzhou is barely. This thesis studies the current situation of the amateur badminton club in Changzhou by investigating 12 clubs which usually participate in matches. We deeply study the basic facts, the situation about its members, coaching , the cooperation among members and many other aspects, then find the existing problem and analysis the reasons and put forward suggestions which have references for the developing of Changzhou's amateur badminton club.The article carries on the study by using document, expert visiting, questionnaire investigation and other research method. The study shows: first, Changzhou locates in the economically advanced center areas of Yangtze delta, and its per-capita GDP ranks the forefront of the province. Changzhou people are opulence and have strong sense of fitness. In order to improve the happiness index, Changzhou government not only builds larges quantities of stadium, but also suggests opening the stadium in the university , high school and primary school to the public . In recent years, Changzhou cultivates many national badminton players such as Lu Lan, Jiang Yanjiao, Shen Ye and so on. The optimum effect makes more and more citizens like badminton. Changzhou has owned a good atmosphere of badminton sports. Second, most of the badminton clubs have the administrative and financial system, and provide a Long-term fixed time and place for training. More than 50% of clubs are spontaneous established by amateurs. 25% of clubs are established by professional retired athletes. Funds for activities of most clubs are 30,000 to 50,000 in majority and few clubs can reach to 100,000 which can maintain operation normally in generally. But the register situation looks grimmest. Only half of the club signs in and registrar's offices are not unified which is in a condition of lack of administration. Third, the members have high education and come from different industries. They are young , have high income and fixed-time profession such as teacher, private owner,manager,civil servant and student. The major objective of them is to exercise, entertainment, communication and experience the fun of sport. Forth, the chance for those clubs to participant the match is few, meaning while the department in charge of sport concerns little about the amateur match which manifests as following:1, the planning and propagandize are not enough, and the match has no effects. 2, the setting of the contest system and project are irrational. 3, the marketing operation is not so good without high reward and attraction. Fifth, the relationship among each club is in harmony. With the same hobby they play badminton in the same club. They have their own stable work and no conflict of interest. Through playing badminton members can know each other well, establish belief, take care of each other and have fun,which can meet the demand of individual's social networks. Sixth, coaches in each club are mainly in bachelor degree and the scale of high education is insufficient. They are inexperienced coaches who have no systematic training and the coach team is in the young trend. Only on the condition that coaches'holistic level needs to improve can they meet the demand of the developing and expanding for the club. Seventh, the establishments of the amateur badminton club have a significant for extending badminton sports and improving the amateur badminton's level of Changzhou.
