| Nowadays,with the improvement of people's living standard,people begin to satisfy not only the material needs,but also the spiritual and cultural needs.People pay more attention to the quality of life,the masses of fitness awareness also greatly improved.As one of the national sports,badminton has a long history.It is also an elegant and fashionable sport with a high popularity rate.At present deeply the general sports amateur's favor.With the rapid development of badminton and the implementation of the national comprehensive fitness program,more and more people are playing badminton.In this paper,with the analysis of various research methods,based on kunming,lanzhou,amateur badminton club operation model discussion,the main methods include literature review,field study method,questionnaire method,interview method and logical analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.,from which the two club organization structure,club management system and operation mechanism analysis of individuality and commonness,and reading of the two urban consumers basic situation,consumption ability and consumption characteristics.Through the comparative analysis of the operation modes of kunming and lanzhou amateur badminton clubs,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the size of amateur badminton clubs in the two cities is unbalanced.Most of the clubs are commercial clubs.In terms of scale,medium and large size clubs will be a trend in the future development of the two cities.The distribution of clubs in the two cities: the ring-shaped distribution of clubs makes the badminton venues more densely distributed,with convenient transportation,which is conducive to the travel of activists.(2)the two public welfare clubs have the same organizational structure;The organization structure of commercial clubs is different.The organizational structure of commercial clubs will be transformed from obsolete and complete in the future development.(3)club management: in terms of club management,we should pursue specialization,standardization and improvement of system and mechanism,and transition from self-management by the earliest investors to professional talent management;On this basis,build the brand characteristics of the club,improve theinfluence of the club competition and public attention,give play to the brand effect,and constantly expand the demand of the club training market;Club funds are based on membership fees and training fees.(4)service content and service mode will be one of the important influencing factors for the future development of the club.To improve the mass service function and service mode of the club,continuously upgrade and improve the form of the club,provide diversified service content to consumers,and help to meet the current consumption requirements of various consumers.(5)from the basic situation of members,activity characteristics and consumption level,the main groups participating in badminton activities are mainly young people and middle-aged people.There are a large number of teachers and students.Badminton training will become a major area of consumption.(6)this paper proposes two operation modes,one is the mode of association between the government and the club,and the other is the mode of strategic alliance of the club.In this way,the deficiencies and problems faced by amateur badminton clubs in both places can be better solved and solved,and it is expected to help the amateur badminton clubs in both places operate and develop well and quickly.At the same time to promote the badminton project can play a national participation,the national fitness function. |
