Writing teaching is the weakness in Chinese middle school teaching studies, particularly in middle school writing teaching. In my opinion, from the perspective of quality education, middle school writing teaching should turn towards all students in the context of new curriculum. But the present situation of writing teaching is far away from satisfaction , some strategies and methods have a very large gap with"All students-Oriented", such as the influence of traditional teaching, the excessive attention to the goals, methods, evaluation criteria reunification, and the insufficient concerned about the difference between students.This paper attempts to study on implementing stratified teaching of middle school writing, advocating taught to meet students' differences, so that different levels of students have access to appropriate education and to obtain the maximum development. Divided into three chapters, this paper explained a policy research of middle school composition tiered teaching under the new course background ,starting with the feasibility research of middle school composition tiered teaching, thinking the implementation programme of middle school composition tiered teaching, pointing that the practice significance of middle school composition tiered teaching is to explore a practical and all students-oriented path that different levels of students can obtain achievements in learning and make improvements in writing, meanwhile, makes teachers through on this topics of exploration.Through the literature study and the classroom practice ,this paper respectively made a preliminary inquiry on cultivation of students ' interest in writing, writing development of repositories, as well as how to confidently face the composition method. It also pointed out how to pay more attention to students ' mental in practice of specific operations, and laid emphasis on learning for all in dynamic and flexible teaching and initiative learning.Raised in this paper, the main strategy of middle school composition teaching is pay attention to appreciate teaching methods on the premise of class teaching system. Level aims to enable each student toward the "zone of proximal development". Have each student developed and improved on the existing basis, it carries forward the democratic teaching, building a mutual trust, mutual respect, cooperation teaching situation between teacher to teacher and teacher to student, and strives to "study and education harmony" and ultimately achieves the goal of hierarchical optimization.
