The Suzhou Industrial Park is the most modernized typical area in Suzhou. In 2004, it's the first through the education modernization of municipal advanced assessment. The education modernization has remarkable characteristics, one is the education thought modernization as the forerunner, the second is modern education development level is marked, third, education teaching system modernization as the core, fourth, in modern school running conditions as the breakthrough, fifth, on faculty modernization as the key point, sixth,on education modernization management for guarantee. This thesis in Suzhou industrial park junior high school physical education teaching situation and countermeasures as the research object, the literature data method, questionnaire, interview method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics research methods analysis and study of Suzhou industrial park junior middle school P.E. teaching situation, summarizes the development of characteristic and the practical problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasure. The results showed that: (1) under the guidance of the relevant document spirit,the Suzhou industrial park junior middle school have perfect organization,the school leaders have high importance in sports work, and can well carry out the content of the document, for the sports teaching activities laid solid foundation; (2) the physical education teachers have teaching guidelines novel, teaching methods and means diversity; (3) the PE class is in strict accordance with the requirements of the "standards; (4) the Suzhou industrial park with "a school a character" features of development goals, each school physical education teaching contents extensive, and all have characteristic project; (5) Speed up to construct the park fair, high-quality and high-efficiency education system based sports ,the school sets of their respective university-based curriculum, accord with Suzhou industrial park "one university characteristics of development; products" (6) school physical education teaching contents is more extensive, (7) PE teachers can use many kinds of teaching method, combining with the modern teaching means to carry out sports teaching; (8) extracurricular sports activities form rich and colorful, (9) most students feel physical quality and health level to get a increased obviously. (10) sports teachers are highly educated, younger structure, the teachers' scientific research and training education aspects quite positive, (11) the school sports playgrounds and facilities equipped with perfect, sports funds can completely satisfy the PE teaching needs. Based on the above research conclusion, proposed the development countermeasures are as follows: (1) continue to strengthen the school sports teaching management, urges the work more subtle change, (2) strengthening the construction of university-based curriculum, projecting "one university products" characteristics, (3) in extra-curricular activities in bold attempt novel sports activities, and try to meet all student's interest hobby, (4) of the P.E. teachers teaching effect evaluation, attention should be paid to the student to the necessity of its evaluation, (5) strengthen the school sports teaching professional exchanges between departments, encourage physical education teachers to take part in scientific research activities, (6) set family games, encourage parents and students participated in jointly,(7) Construct the open and mutual communication foundation education system, cultivating sports with typical representative of the famous principal, teacher, drive and promote PE teaching to the common development in surrounding areas.
