Using the methods of investigation, documenting, investigation, and physics statistics, Xining city middle school sports consciousness and sports behavior of the current situation and the main influence factors to the survey and analysis. Six students participating in physical exercise affect the main factor is no time and learning pressure.Middle school is the key to cultivating students' sports consciousness, school sports education is the period of student to obtain sports health knowledge and mastering athletic skills one of the main form. Therefore, the study of sports consciousness and middle school sports behavior status, this paper discusses the relationship between the various influencing factors, attributed the middle school sports behavior characteristics and laws, find effectively improving student sports consciousness sports teaching mode, is to promote the healthy growth of high school students, achieve lifelong physical education target one of the important ways. In order to strengthen the students' physical training, improve sports consciousness, enhance students' constitution and shall take the following measures: 1. To improve and perfect the existing middle school sports education system and implementing good schools extracurricular sports activities. 2. Increase theory classes and sports imparting knowledge, expand sports knowledge of the breadth and depth of sports students, intensify the cognition. 3. Properly conducted emerging sports and sports activities and all-round to attract students participate in sports exercise. 4. Launching abundant of after-class sports activities, and the increased publicity, lets the student deeper understanding of physical exercise aspects of knowledge and common sense, improve the level of recognition of the value of middle school sports. By actively developing students' sports competitions and sports activities. 5. Ensure the school sports education, increase the time and quality of sports education funds, improve sports teaching facilities and sports teacher living standards, improving physical education teachers social status. 6.
