Since entering new century, with the emergence and developing in depth of the globalization of economy and integrated tide , the international issues of education have been increasingly appear, the national education system will be closed prior to opening.Worldwide student exchange, combination education and education services and resources issues to China's education and educators with new challenges, and we faced unprecedented competition. In this international context,we must recognize that Chinese education and the various education is indivisible, we must grasp the world education development of the pulse of the Times, clearly understand that the world of education and the relationship between education and differences in order to take full advantage of international education to improve and develop the education system in China.At present, the field of educational practice, many educational and administrative departments and schools have been or are actively or passively involved in international exchanges and cooperation among businesses.
