Teachers play the very important role in the process of curriculum implements. This research refers to the scale of teachers'stages of concern to the Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM) of Hall and we revise it for reference. Based on the four kinds of kindergarten in Changchun,taken kindergarten teachers as research objects,the author adopts various methods such as document analysis, questionnaire,observation and interview.On this base,the author analyses reasons,obtains conclusion and finally puts forward countermeasures to the professional development for kindergarten teachers.The basic frameworks of this research are as follows:The first part is about literature review.This part mainly introduces research background,question,values and document collecting regarding to stages of concern in the curriculum implementation of kindergarten.The second part is research methods.This research mainly adopts document analysis, questionnaire,observation and interview.Meanwhile,this part also illustrates the choice of research objects and how to revise the scale of teachers'stages of concern to CBAM.The third part is the survey result and analysis.Using SPSS17.0 to analy these statistics which are collected from the questionnaire,interview and observation.Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis, obtaining influencing factors and analysing reasons on the teachers'stages of concern in the curriculum implementation of kindergarten.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.The results shows that: teachers pay more attention on"cooperation"and"information"impacts referring to the stages of concern in the curriculum implementation of kindergarten.This is also consistent with the original conclusion of Hall.And based on the above survey and analysis,this research also make some recommendations.
