| Abstract:The curriculum is a vital part of the curriculum reform. Therefore, the curriculum reform is one of the important tasks of preschool education. Based on the "concerns based adoption model (CBAM)" theoretical model, this study has adopted questionnaire survey to teachers from different district of Beijing, in order to analyze teachers’ degree of concerns of preschool curriculum reform.This paper consists of five parts, the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction which mainly explains the origins of the study, the historical development of preschool curriculum reform, the relevant literature review, and the basic contents of CBAM. In the last part, the major questions and the significance of the study have been proposed.The second part talks about the research ideas and procedures, includes of how to use questionnaire and focus interview investigation methods, how to analyze the degree of concerns of teachers.The third part is the research results. The study analyze data and came out conclusions integrally and respectively from seven dimensionalities of concerns and five aspects.The fourth part is the findings and analysis.The results found that teachers have highly ’"consequence concern", moderately "self concern" and lower "task concern".The fifth part is about conclusion and suggestion. On the basis of the analysis of the results and investigation, researchers pointed out the problems of the teachers’concerns of the curriculum reform, and gave the suggestions to promote the effective implementation of the preschool curriculum reform. At the end of the thesis, researcher summarized and reflected the whole study process. |
