Recently years,curriculum reforms of preschool are beginning comprehensively.All areas have taken different ways to promote the reforms of preschool curriculum.Kindergarten teachers as the main implementer of the curriculum reforms are playing a vital role in this progress.The situation of their participation in curriculum reform affects the effectiveness of reform directly.This study takes teachers' concerns as research perspective,discussing about the levels of teachers' concerns and implementation in the reform.Under the construction of game curriculum project in Jiangsu Province,this research investigates the levels of teachers' concerns and teachers' implementation in the project oriented curriculum reform,and analyzes the factors that affect the kindergarten teachers' concerns and implementation of the reform.And then the researcher proposed some strategies to improve status of implementation in the curriculum reform.Questionnaire and interview are used in this study to investigate the levels of kindergarten teachers' concerns and implementation.About the levels of teachers' concerns,it finds that they focus on "consciousness" weakly,all of them have stride over the "unrelated" level.They and they focus on "collaboration","refocusing","consequence","informational and personal"intensively,it Indicate that most of them are at a higher level of "impact",as well as"self-concern" has tend to be prominent.To the implementation of teachers,the implementation of "positioning preparation" will throughout the whole reform.At the same time,teachers are moving towards "exquisite processing" and "integration" implementation stage.However,the degree of the "exquisite processing" implementation is low,it has obvious surface characteristics.In addition,the behavior of the "machine" still exists and "innovation" level needs to be improved.The research also indicates that there is a correlation between the levels of teachers'concerns and implementation.It reflects that the change trend of them has existed consistency.In addition,teachers' teaching age and professional rank are important factors.As well as the nature of the kindergarten,the level and type of participating in the reform,have a significant influence on the teachers' concerns and the level of the implementation.They are key environmental factor.Besides,Copywriting management and curriculum construction are the main organizational management factors.Lastly,based on the research findings,researcher proposed some strategies to improve status of implementation in the project-oriented curriculum reform.Deepen teachers'understanding of reform according to the features of each stage of concern and provide comprehensive and effective resource support to ensure the effectiveness of teachers training.We can encourage teachers to actively renewing educational concept and cultivating the consciousness of practical reflection and curriculum construction ability.So then lead them step out of the "comfort zone" of reform,and participate in the reform actively.We should build a platform for information sharing of kindergarten resources,and strive to achieve a problem-oriented democratic teaching and research,in order to build a professional community for the reform of teachers' development.
