Since 1980s, people's requirements to the quality of school education continue to increasing. Education campaign along with the continued strengthening of the power division to give schools more autonomy and power requirements of the voice rising, the school and the whole education system is facing changes in the state of institutional mechanisms. Educational reform and change in the process, failed again and again and we continue to pursue its cause of reflection, while also continue to strengthen its own school change rational appeal. Since then, the school change as a hot field to the researchers and practitioners, the field of education reform has become more deep-seated reform movement.This paper argues that school change is based on the present and future needs, and fouce on the internal and external expectations of school, the school conducted by making the "inner people" to change, leading to the school level to enhance positive change in the conscious process. The mechanism of school change, school change to occur is to explore the root causes, or run behind the school change law occurred. In this study, the basic questiones are: 1. What are the elements to the school change happen; 2. Interrelationship between these elements and what is the process of school change occurs, and different types of change occur through the model to the specific elaboration; 3. changes occurred in the school what is the logic behind. Change occurs through the logic of the school, school change to occur trying to find the root cause in order to be able to change them to solve practical problems.Although the results found by previous studies give us a lot of great revelation, but which does not have a specific place on the root causes of school change. In this paper, based on the theory of genetic epistemology of constructivism, through the "process-event" of the school change process to analyze the events, trying to find place in the process of school reform law of stability.Through research and theoretical analysis to the relevant issues, this paper that school as the existence of organizational change occur has its own logic. The root cause of school change, is the school "inner people"-school leaders and teachers, etc. in the emotions, attitudes, values and behavior and other aspects of meaningful change, and thus enhance the effectiveness of schools. The "inner peopel" changes, through the interaction with the environment-adaptation mechanism and selection mechanism, and the "inner people" within the building and reached by themselves. While the incidence of school change, theoretical terms, can be classified as "problem-solving style," "the pursuit of excellence style", "stimulate the reaction," "pre-pre-sentence style." Each place represents different type of school change process, in which the change occurred and the main mechanism of action, environmental requirements are not the same need to specifically address the specific circumstances of the practice.
