Teaching humor is a kind of teaching method that teachers teach students knowledge,cultivate their personality and develop their ability by means of humorous,interesting and enlightening expressions.It is also an educational method to cultivate students' optimistic and open-minded spirit and good personality quality.The use of humor in classroom teaching has always been concerned by Chinese and foreign scholars in education and language fields.Teachers' use of humor strategy in teaching is the need of teaching and the requirement of the times.For many years,teachers have been committed to seeking various teaching models to improve classroom teaching efficiency,stimulate students' interest in learning,and explore various teaching methods to optimize the teaching process.The characteristics of teaching humor,such as education,interest and enlightenment,are helpful for teachers to create a relaxed and interesting teaching atmosphere in the classroom and promote the harmony of teacher-student relationship.Humor is the external expression of teachers' teaching wisdom and an art that every teacher should master.In the process of teaching,teachers should enhance their consciousness of generating teaching humor and promote the cultivation of teachers' teaching humor style.This study was mainly elaborated from the following six aspects:The introduction part,the author puts forward the origin of this research,the core value pursuit of the new curriculum reform and the need of teachers' professional development require teachers to have teaching humor,the dull teaching atmosphere in the classroom also needs the adjustment of teachers' teaching humor.Secondly,this paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad.Based on the existing literatureresearch results,it points out the shortcomings in the research of teaching humor,so as to clarify the purpose and significance of this study.The first part,this study combing and interpreting the theoretical basis of the generation of teaching humor,the author analyzes the feasibility of introducing teaching humor into classroom teaching.The theories of incongruity,superiority and neurocognition lay the theoretical foundation of teacher's teaching humor generation.The second part,the connotation,composition,characteristics and value of teaching humor.By tracing the connotation of humor and teaching humor,this paper defines the relevant concepts of teaching humor in this paper.Teaching humor refers to the activities that teachers have prepared or temporary construction of teaching humor in class according to the needs of classroom teaching,teach students knowledge and enlightenment wisdom in the smile of students' union heart with their unique means of expression,so as to improve the teaching level and the effect of teaching art.According to the development of the generation of teaching humor,it can be concluded that teaching humor consists of teaching humor knowledge,teaching humor consciousness and teaching humor thinking.In addition,teachers' teaching humor has the characteristics of education,implication,interest,enlightenment,creativity and pleasure,which is of great value to the development of teachers,students and teaching.The third part,the conditions of the generation of teachers' teaching humor.This paper divides the generation condition of teacher's teaching humor into two parts:internal condition and external condition.The generation of teachers' teaching humor not only requires teachers' continuous efforts,but also requires schools to provide good external environment support.The internal conditions of the generation of teachers' teaching humor are embodied in their own excellent personal characteristics,it includes the teacher's good mentality,profound knowledge,full of teaching enthusiasm,witty and flexible thinking and humorous expression skills.The external conditions of the generation of teachers' teaching humor is good external support,it includes relaxed and harmonious campus culture and people-oriented school management.Teachers' teaching humor through the cultivation of internal conditions,so that teachers' personal characteristics are constantly promoted.With the support of external conditions,it can provide a good soil for the generation of teachers' teaching humor.The fourth part,the generation process of teachers' teaching humor.The generation process of teachers' teaching humor is dynamic,this paper starts with the theory of incongruity elimination in the generation of humor,try to analyze the generationprocess of teacher's teaching humor,the generation process of teaching humor is divided into three stages and six steps.The three stages are: accumulation stage(construction,transmission),recombination stage(integration,digestion)and explicit stage(immediate response,follow-up effect).The six steps are:construction-transmission-integration-digestion-instant reaction-follow-up effect.The fifth part,the principles and Strategies of humor generation.The author analyzes the principles of the generation of teachers' teaching humor,including relevance principle,normative principle,acceptability principle and harmony principle.According to the generation principle of teachers' teaching humor,this paper discusses the generation strategy of teachers' teaching humor.First of all,teachers need to have a correct understanding of teaching humor;secondly,teachers need to pay attention to the shaping of their own personality quality;thirdly,teachers should pay attention to cultivate their own sense of humor and thinking while accumulating teaching humor materials,so as to improve their ability of teaching humor;finally,teachers need to establish learning community and strengthen teaching reflection to help and improve the generation of teachers' teaching humor.
