In order to adapt to the contest demanding physical fitness in the environment of increasingly competitive situation in which the women's marathon project international games, we should close or exceed the intensity and volume sports load in training physiological limits to level. Chinese women's marathon project training has the peculiarity of great physiological load of exercise, high strength; training means more one fold, athletes mental pressure, more injuries, etc. And these elements increased the fatigue accumulating and the risk of excessive training.At present, the research and literature about the marathon overtraining are so scarce that the complexity and individual differences of excessive fatigue symptoms bring more difficult to excessive fatigue diagnosis, prevention and treatment. This papers is based on Sports training study, sports physiology, sports biochemistry theory and method, through long-term services and research with teams, with the national outstanding women's marathon athlete as the research object, analyze the physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes by means of experimentation, the literature material law, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, etc. In the basis of understanding the characteristics of women's marathon project, training rules and different levels of individual features excellent athletes, we took some researches on Chinese women's marathon project of excessive training and physical recovery, to solve sudden happened characteristics of over training on Chinese women's marathon project, also study and establish accelerate body function recovery, improve training efficiency comprehensive system.The results of the study indicate that:1. The morning pulse could be used to evaluate the athletes overtraining, in the early stage of excessive training, pulse fluctuated extent increase, and recovers turn to slower. In the later stage of excessive training, increased to 8 or more times every minute, and pulse index continued in the morning for two weeks higher level above recovery not come down., excessive training, up 8 times per minute chakras above, and pulse index continued in the morning for two weeks above higher level still do not come down.2. Research found that, changing places, big strength training, altitude training can either cause testosterone drop. And down to 30ng/dl the or even lower, this should be warned to coaches and researchers, they should judge the athletes whether there is fatigue accumulating, once dropped to or below the 10ng/dl, means athlete's anabolic ability is dropping. Also means the overtraining symptoms become heavier. But we could eliminate the situation which testosterone drops of athletes by using Nerve block. 3. In the early stage of excessive training, Creatine kinase value increased 2 to 3 times of the basic value, and ups and downs larger but recovery slower. In the later stage of excessive training, if Creatine kinase value became 3 time or even higher, and kept in a higher level for a week, that means the overtraining symptoms become heavier.4. BUN (blood urea nitrogen) goes up after big load training, means load arrangement stimulus the athletes deeply, but after adjustment to be returned to normal, however in the early excessive training, in next morning after the big load training blood urea reached 8mmol/L, in the second day, and the third day morning restore slower, the late excessive training and even last for a week, BUN still keeps above 10mmol/L, and can not recover down even after trained.
