Purposes:To study the effects of 42? whole body hyperthermia on the recovery of body and immune function after training by analyzing the changes of related endocrine and immune indicators.Methods:15 athletes from the second men's freestyle wrestling team in Beijing were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(Whole body hyperthermia,WBH),the control group(without any intervention),and the winter high intensity training period was seleeted as the experimental stage.The training content of the two groups is the same,and the training content is carried out as usual without any additional changes.The experimental group was trained to perform whole body hyperthermia every aftemoon.The control group did not undergo any intervention.The experiment lasted for 1 week(6 days).After comparing single and multiple systemic hyperthermia,the fatigue state of the experimental group and the control group:muscle Creatine kinase CK;endogenous index of body synthesis:Cortisol C,Testosterone Cortisol ratio T/C;Cytokine:Interleukin-6 IL-6;Immune system indicators:Complement C3,C4;Immunoglobulin Protein:IgA,IgG,IgM;T lymphocyte subsets:CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8.Results:After a single intervention,the basal value was significantly increased in the control group(P<0.05),the CK level in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the change rate of CK level in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group;Cortisol C in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),Cortisol C in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the rate of cortisol in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group;there was no significant change in the T/C value of the control group.The T/C value of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0,05);the IL-6 level of the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the IL-6 level of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01);the control group and the experiment There was no significant change in the level of immunoglobulin IgA in the group;there was no significant change in the immunoglobulin IgG level between the control group and the experimental group;there was no significant change in the level of IgM in the control group,and the level of IgM in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05);experimental group and control group;There was no significant change in the level of C3C4 in the body;the CD3 level in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the CD3 level in the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05);there was no significant change in the CD4 level in the experimental group,and the CD4 level in the control group was elevated(P<0.05),there was no significant change in CDs level between the experimental group and the control grouP;there was no significant change in the CD4/CDs ratio in the experimental group,and the CD4/CD8 ratio in the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05).After multiple interventions,the basal value was significantly increased in the control group(P<0.05),and the CK level in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01);In the control group,the cortisol C level in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the rate of cortisol in the control group was changed.lt was greater than the experimental group;the T/C value of the control group was significantly lower(P<0.05),and the T/C value of the experimental group was not significantly changed;the IL-6 level of the control group had no significant change,and the IL-6 level of the experimental group was significantly increased.(P<0.05);there was no significant change in the level of IgA in the control group,and the level of IgA in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the level of IgG in the control group.The level of IgG was significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no significant change in IgM level in the experimental group.There was no significant change in the level of C3C4 in the control group.The level of CD3 in the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05).CD3 level is extremely obvious.The improvement was significant(P<0.01);there was no significant change in CD4 level in the control group,the CD4 level in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01);the CDs level in the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the CD8 level in the experimental group was not significant.Sexual changes;there was no significant change in CD4/CD8 values in the control group,and the CD4/CD8 values in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusions:(1)After single and multiple interventions,hyperthermia reduced the secretion of serum cortisol(C)by endogenous markers by inhibiting HPA,increase the testosterone cortisol ratio,the anabolic effect in the body increased;(2)after a single intervention,the activation effect of systemic hyperthermia on the body's immune system is not significant;(3)after multiple interventions,whole body hyperthermia can It effectively promotes the secretion of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG and T helper lymphocytes CD4,increases the CD4/CD8 ratio,and improves immunity.(4)After single and multiple interventions,whole body hyperthermia can promote the secretion of creatine kinase CK,interleukin IL-6,the effect of relieving fatigue state is not significant;...
