The Studies On The Relation Between Students' Entrepreneurship Basic Capability And The External Environment

In this paper, determine the research direction and research purposes under the premise of home and abroad through a review of the literature has been and the sort described in detail the business environment and entrepreneurship concepts and related theoretical models. Based on previous studies, select the variable dimension and establish the research framework and design of the questionnaire. In the study, data were collected 253 valid samples, according to the business environment and entrepreneurship questionnaire collected data using statistical software EVIEWS 6.0 SPSS16.0 and sample descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, was the following conclusions:1. Students should possess basic entrepreneurship including innovation and decision-making, management, working methods and overall quality of these four aspects. Which embodies the creative decision-making ability to grasp the opportunity, innovation, logical thinking ability, on the outside information capture and processing capabilities, adaptability; In business management capacity necessary for the management, coordination, interpersonal skills, proficient on the ability of an industry business model;The ability to master the methods of work, including professional skills ability, foresight and planning ability, learning ability on the business model of an industry master skills, language skills; Business process should have encountered difficulties in the overall quality of psychological adjustment, including ability to preach and infection ability, language skills.2. Business major environmental factors affect the students were: re-education and entrepreneurial training, policy support to the Government the situation of college students start the new industry development, social order and integrity of business, the implementation of national policies and regulations, economic development, government business those who venture capital support, family environment.3. According to factor for the score function to calculate the entrepreneurship students and business environment data, data regression analysis, the conclusions that: business environment, entrepreneurship on college students for the regression coefficient of 0.324, indicating that the business environment on a higher level of entrepreneurial ability. Entrepreneurial business environment and ability of college students have great influence the formation of the most important thing is start re-training and home environment, followed by government policies and the impact of social environment is important, mainly for students of management and decision-making ability of the formation of innovation .Finally, the basic ability to promote the formation of entrepreneurial students responses:(1) improve the existing training courses, developed a teaching system for entrepreneurship;(2) play the role of government regulation to create a more relaxed business environment for the students;(3) to increase social awareness and optimize the business of the social environment.
