The social development requires integrated personnel with a strong ability, which also put forward higher requirements for teachers in the future. In order to meet the new requirements for talent, the transition of teacher-training model is undergone and colleges and universities strengthen the practice of teaching through a variety of ways and means. The goal of college preschool education major is to find the answer of how to inherit its own legacy and learn from infant education and secondary school education and to train preschool teachers with fully-grasped preschool education theory and strong ability. College Preschool Education needs to continue to strengthen the practical teaching, especially the practical teaching of skill-orientated courses and enhances the proportion of practical courses in order to improve the ability of students and to adapt to the requirements of social development.This paper makes a survey of the current situation of the skill-orientated courses of preschool education major of X University through questionnaires and interviews, analyzes the existing problems and tries to have a further discussion on the ways of practical teaching improvement.This framework of this research includes four parts:The first part:propose questions. Pointed out that the importance of Practical Teaching of the skill-orientated courses of preschool education major in colleges from the background of the increasing demand for applied talent of current social development and the research of practical teaching in college increasingly becoming the research focus; presented the background of this research. Summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of this research. Practical Teaching and practical teaching of preschool education major in colleges are of a literature review related research, including definitions of skill-orientated courses and practical teaching, and a brief description of research methods is also introduced in this research.The second part:Elaborate the present situation of the practical teaching of skill-orientated courses of preschool education major of X University. The analysis concludes the following parts:the present situation from the curriculum, curriculum implementation.The third part:Elaborate the problem of the practical teaching of skill-orientated courses of preschool education major of X University and analysis the reason. The main problem contains the following parts:curriculum improper; not in place to implementation; faculty teaching staff; practical teaching of skill-orientated courses is not satisfied. It analysis the reasons from the following four aspects:concept of teachers and students from the schools, school management, teaching staff, evaluation mechanisms.The last part:Suggest the promotion of the practical teaching of skill-orientated courses of preschool education major in colleges and universities. It concludes that change concepts, and strengthen understanding, and enhance the status of the practical teaching of skill-orientated courses of preschool education major; establish a scientific and rational management mechanism; perfect conditions for professional skills course support system, and gradually form a sound evaluation system.
