In today's world, the rapid development of science and technology, and international competition become fiercer, national strength was increasingly depends on the quality of laborers. Cultivating high-quality and innovative talents have become the direction of education reform today, and biological teaching reform is subsequently quietly launches. Especially in July 2001, "the ordinary high school biology course standard (experiment)" promulgated, it caused an extensive biological teaching reform movement. In the process of reform, the traditional teaching mode reforming was more and more attended. Learning-plan-teaching model is an achievement. A number of studies have suggested that learning-plan-teaching model changed the traditional teaching model in the form of "teacher speak all the time in the class", advocated that giving classroom to the students, "let learn" into "want to learn", hope to improve students' learning initiative; Advocated "learn knowledge" become "know how to study", hope to improve the students' autonomous learning ability; Improved students ability to analyze and solve problems, fully improved classroom efficiency. With the promotion more and more reformers attend learning-plan-teaching model, many reformers have tried to use this model. But what is the implement situation of each school? Writer selected a senior biological group of a high school in TongHua country for research object, for the case studies of learning-plan-teaching situation in biology teaching.This paper were divided into five parts:The first part of quotation, was mainly for the problem of this article expatiated; The second part was expounded learning-plan-teaching research progress, mainly adopted literature method to study the model's producing, developing and so on; The third part is mainly to define "learning plan" and "learning-plan-teaching" and expounded some knowledge of learning-plan-teaching model; The fourth part is investigation. A senior school biological group in TongHua country as the research object, text analysis, observation and questionnaire as the study method, studied the situation of the learning-plan-teaching model implementation. Results show that:1. The learning plan of senor biology was written by teachers. The process is that first download learning plan, then the group discuss it and then revising and improving it, finally printing and providing. The learning plan lacked research contents.2. This school teacher lacked theory study of learning type teaching, lacked learning ways, lacked theory training and practice guidance from school.3. This model was implemented in old way by biological teachers. 4. The implementation of learning-plan-teaching did not produce the expected effect for students.The fifth part of the article is that analyzing the problem and putting forward suggestions for the school. I hoped these could have some help for schools that had similar problems.
