In the face of the concept of new curriculum reform requires, in the high school biology curriculum autonomy, cooperation, inquiry learning has become the modern teacher’s teaching goal. Group cooperative learning style prominent characteristic is has a certain practical, can be in the teaching practice, and can complement and improve the traditional cooperative learning group in class teaching form, the extent to which can promote students to participate in the learning process, to increase classroom capacity and density, helps to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, help students to develop good study habits, to form a sound personality.As a result, the group cooperation learning teaching is now being recommended to compare the form of classroom teaching. Group cooperative learning can be independent, cooperation, to explore the teaching methods of three kinds of new curriculum reform advocates the combination, help teachers to realize transition, highlight the subjectivity of students. But at the moment due to the influence of traditional education, students and teachers is not very good realize transition, in the actual teaching, the teacher always cannot help to explain the teaching content, students used to waiting for the teacher, many students don’t know how to do it himself the master of the classroom. Therefore, some schools now in high school biology teaching for the case of combined learning, cooperative learning group tutorship case to guide the student to carry on the cooperative learning group. For biology characteristics, the content of the students needs to explore more, need to pay attention to cultivate the students’ biological scientific thinking, however, the current junior middle school stage does not pay attention to students’ biological teaching of this subject, the biological basis of a lot of junior high school students knowledge reserve is almost zero. Well, the information transmission faster, students have a rich experience in daily life and extracurricular knowledge reserves. This is in high school biology classroom, guide students to provide the basis of cooperative learning group. Due to the traditional pattern of group cooperative learning in today’s education background, the implement always meet many difficulties, students in the process of cooperative learning, the guidance of the teacher is not too much, let the group cooperative learning become a mere formality, is the guidance of the teacher is too little, the effect of cooperative learning group is not so good. This article mainly through to the wuhan economic development zone, a medium of learning in high school biology class, group cooperative learning in the implementation of the investigation, analysis of the problems existing in the practice teaching, compared to the traditional without the use of group cooperative learning, puts forward some strategies and Suggestions.
