Biology is one of the hot topic in the 21st century and studys life phenomena based on experiments. It will play an important role to human health and social development. As biology is a compulsory course on the high school stage, the biology experiment is more intuitive than the theoretical knowledge, so it is an effective means for students to get biological knowledge. Therefore, how to teach biological experiments well will play an important role to make students learn and explore life phenomenon. In April 2003, ordinary high school biology curriculum standard (experimental) was issued by the Ministry of Education, the aim is to improve biological scientific literacy, the fundamental idea is to improve biological science literacy, for all students, advocate inquiry learning, focuse on realtion with the real life. Contemporary life science research includes microscopic and macroscopic aspects. On micro, it is mainly studying life process and phenomenon in the molecular level, which is one of biological chemistry characteristic. Biochemistry is the bridge of the macroscopic and microscopic. In high school biological experiments, biochemical experiments is in a special position. Based on PEP compulsory one, compulsory two, compulsory three and elective one module of the high school biology textbooks, my research makes a breakthrough on biology experiments, including consoliding in a more systematic way, and also conducting new classification standards with reference to previous resolutions of biological experiments. I made questionnaires based on literature review and interviews of the school status of high school biology experiments in Shenzhen A school, B school in Tianjin, Changchun C school focuses on the biochemical experiments. This research conducted interviews from teachers, students by two dimensions.I refered the relevant criteria for the classification of biological experiments and carried out new classification, which biochemical experiments accounted 28% of the high school biology experiments. Biochemical experiments mainly in the compulsory one module "Molecular and Cellular" and elective one "Biotechnology Practice" module. The survey results showed that the biology experiments'implementation in the three high schools is in ideal implementation condition, in which the biochemical experiments have certain advantages in the implementation. This study will have certain enlightenment and reference value on high school biology experiment of the implementation, the development and innovation, and promote the high school biology experiment teaching reform.
