With the start of the new curriculum reform, and the publishing of informationtechnology curriculum standard, the classroom teaching has become the focus of thecurriculum implementation. In 2007 Jilin province came into the new curriculumimplementation stage, it provided a good opportunity for our research.This study in referencing past research results of classroom teaching on the basis ofinformation technology, combined with the characteristics of curriculum and teaching,developing the research tools "information technology class teaching evaluationframework". This study using the evaluation framework from the student to study, theteachers' teaching, course nature, class culture and physical environment five dimensions oftwenty-two perspective, and 24 sample class teaching were analyzed. And this study stickswith the empirical method with qualitative describing and quantitative evaluation analysiscombinationThe results show that, the information technology classroom teaching in Jilin provincehigh schools have very serious problems. And in innovation, evaluation, target, content theproblems as especially serious. Finally, this study summarized the six major problems in theinformation technology classroom teaching. Such as, Quite a number of students in a "zerostarting point" level; Teachers' course consciousness deficient; Teachers' basic teachingskills deficient; Lack of thinking and innovation in the class of culture , etc. In order tosolve the above problems, Combined with the actual situation of Jilin province, this studyputs forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.
