Research on the evaluation of high school geography classroom teaching based on classroom observation is not only a necessary need for the professional development of geography teachers,but also an actual need to improve students' classroom learning.As far as the subject of geography is concerned,whether it is evaluating teachers' presentation and summarization of geographical knowledge,or judging the achievement of students' geographic core qualities,the evaluation of geography classroom teaching is its important foundation and means.An important method of teaching behavior provides an evaluation basis for the evaluation of geography classroom teaching.The thesis is mainly divided into five parts.First,it mainly sorts out relevant materials about classroom observation and classroom teaching evaluation by domestic and foreign scholars,and proposes research methods and research routes.Secondly,the core concepts of classroom observation and geography classroom observation,classroom teaching evaluation and geography classroom teaching evaluation are defined,and it is based on developmental evaluation theory,target model theory and classroom ethnography theory,and is a high school based on classroom observation Geography classroom teaching evaluation provide s theoretical support.Furthermore,the expert scoring method is used to divide the importance of each observation and evaluation index of geography classroom teaching,and the weight calculation of the indicators is combined with the analytic hierarchy process to construct the high school geography classroom observation observation evaluation scale.Furthermore,the constructed observation and evaluation scale is applied to the classroom observation and evaluation of A geography teachers in X Middle School,and the interview information and scale data are used to introduce the classroom introduction,teaching objectives and teaching content,teaching methods,and blackboard writing of A geography teachers.Analyze and evaluate the five aspects of board painting and teachinglanguage.Analyze and evaluate students' classroom learning from five aspects:students' pre-class preparation,learning listening,learning habits,autonomous learning and group cooperation,and geographic core literacy.Teachers' classroom teaching has the problems of single introduction,monotonous teaching methods,unclear questions and answers,randomness of teaching language,passiveness of students' learning,utilitarianity and the cultivation of geographic core literacy.Finally,for teacher A's classroom teaching problems,the corresponding im provement countermeasures are proposed from teacher teaching level and studen tlevel.The thesis mainly uses the literature method,case analysis method,interview method,classroom observation method,constructs the high school geography classroom teaching observation evaluation scale,and applies it to classroom observation practice,combined with interview information and scale data to evaluate the geography classroom teaching,Found problems in geography classroom teaching and put forward corresponding countermeasures,and ultimately improved geography classroom teaching.
