With the development of higher education, college students and more severe employment situation, and entrepreneurship education for college students, encouraging college students to start is to improve the quality of university students, to address the students an effective means of employment. Entrepreneurship education is to train people for business entrepreneurship education, including to stimulate people's entrepreneurial enthusiasm, risk-taking indomitable enterprising spirit of the people business, commercial, organizational and other business-related knowledge, training, and knowledge through practical activities to strengthen the entrepreneurial and innovative capability education. Entrepreneurship education is quality education, the fundamental starting point is to allow people to adapt to modern commercial society. In this paper, to explore the content of entrepreneurship education, summarized the content of entrepreneurship education, examining the social reality and practice of university entrepreneurship education, the status quo of Chinese entrepreneurship education research, interpretation, using the questionnaire method, analysis of the problems in university entrepreneurship education, and for problems in entrepreneurship education at this stage put forward corresponding countermeasures, the situation of China's colleges and universities to explore entrepreneurship education model.
