Entrepreneurship is an important manifestation of the world's technological development to the current stage.With the rapid development of economy and society,the state advocates "mass entrepreneurship innovation",which is a powerful measure to meet the market demand.How to solve the contradiction between supply and demand?It is bound to wait for the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,establish a sound education system for innovation,combine the market demand,customize entrepreneurial talent training programs,and implement characteristic teaching.Wuchang University of Technology was established in 1997.It is a typical private college that follows the trend of the rise of China's private education.As a pilot unit of the national education system reform,Wuchang University of Technology independently assumes the "innovative system of high-quality applied talents in private colleges and universities"."The project,in the practice of many years of exploration,has created a new entrepreneurial talent training model,that is,"business integration" entrepreneurship education.Through theoretical analysis and practical exploration,this article systematically analyzes the innovative model of "commercial integration" entrepreneurship education in Wuchang University of Technology,and emphatically interprets its substantive connotation and main practices,as well as its achievements in various aspects since its implementation.At the same time,the problems it currently faces are explored.It is common for similar universities to consider and value them.This article is based on the practice of "business integration" type entrepreneurship education at Wuchang University of Technology.Based on previous research and research,it tries to comprehensively analyze the status quo,achievements,insufficiency,and problems of "business integration" type entrepreneurship education through questionnaires,interviews,and other methods.In order to propose solutions to further improve this education model.Its frame structure and its main contents are as follows:Chapter 1,Introduction,explains the issues related to the writing of this article from the background of the topic selection,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of this article,etc.;The theory of entrepreneurial education was constructed,and the driving forces and internal links of this model were analyzed in depth.In the third chapter,an empirical analysis was carried out on the"business integration" entrepreneurial education in Wuchang University of Technology.On the basis of the investigation,the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the business-integrated entrepreneurial education at Wuchang University of Technology.In chapter 4,the author considers how to improve and improve the business education integration strategy of Wuchang Institute of Technology.From the four aspects of"Building the Evaluation Mechanism of the Talented Personnel Training Model for Business Integration",the author puts forward suggestions for improving and perfecting the entrepreneurial education of "Fusion of Business" in Wuchang University of Technology.
