With the aggravation of the competition in the modern society, the competition of the talents has become the key resource for a lot of enterprises to be successful. The undergraduates are the main forces of the talents. It is very important whether the undergraduates can adapt to the current drastic situations for competition and whether they are able to hold the post of the corresponding role. The valid method for students to realize the true skill and genuine knowledge is to connect the study, the thinking and the behaviors systematically. At present, a lot of enterprises emphasize that it is very common for the undergraduates not do things as they can do. There are a lot of undergraduates with low ability. There are certain disadvantages for the undergraduates because they have bad ability for practice and adapting to the society. Thus it can be seen that the undergraduates of China only pay attention to learn the theoretical knowledge at school instead of taking part in the social practice actively. They ignore the important role and meaning of the social practice in applying the theoretical knowledge to the practical work which results in the outcome that the current undergraduates do not understand the society deeply. That is to say, their degree for socialization is not high. In order to be an excellent undergraduate, it is not only necessary for the undergraduate to own the rich theoretical knowledge but also for him to have certain practical ability and working experience in order to be accepted by the society quickly. Therefore, the undergraduates should not only pay attention to the learning of the professional theories and knowledge but should take an active part in the social practical activities to understand the society more deeply in order to constantly improve the degree socialization of their own. The aim of higher education is to deliver the excellent talents who are able to apply the knowledge that they learn to the practical work to the society.In the paper, the author mainly takes advantage of the literature review method and the questionnaire survey method to carry out the research and analysis aiming at the validity of the undergraduates'social practice. The author aims to try the best to do something for enhancing the validity of the current undergraduates'social practice. It is very important for the colleges and universities to hold the social practical activities for the undergraduates which is the basic and the most important approach to cultivate the talents. This is also the important approach for the undergraduates to realize the socialization. The social practical activities of the undergraduates can not only bring certain economic effects and social effects but are good to prompt the growth and development of the undergraduates. What is more, the social practice is also able to cultivate the social responsibility of the current undergraduates and improve their knowledge and abilities. So to speak, the expression and practical level of the undergraduates at school can influence their expressions after they enter the society. The author finds out the entry point for writing through overview of the researches about the undergraduates'social practice. On the basis of sampling survey for part of the undergraduates, the author analyzes the disadvantages and their causes of the current undergraduates'social practice. Then the author puts forward the countermeasures and recommendations to improve the level and validity of the social practice on the basis of the analysis. The paper mainly includes the following contents.Introduction: In this part, the author mainly reviews the current research situations about the social practice of the undergraduates. And the author also simply states the research background and research meaning of the paper. The author finds out the writing values of this paper through the analysis. Then the author further states the research objectives and the research methods.Part One reviews relevant theories and literatures. In this part, the author states the relevant concepts, theories, the influencing factors for the validity of the social practice. This part is the basis of the paper which is able to provide the theoretical support for the paper.Part Two is the core of the whole paper. In this part, the author mainly analyzes the current situations of the current undergraduates'validity of the social practice. This chapter mainly includes two parts. Firstly, the author understands the existing issues in the current undergraduates'social practice through the simple sampling survey. Secondly, the author sums up the causes for these issues.Part Three states the countermeasures and recommendations which is the important part of this paper. In this part, the author puts forward the countermeasures and recommendations for improving the validity of the undergraduates'social practice according to the above analysis and the research aim. This part has certain referencing values for the current social practice's development trend.Conclusion: In this part, the author sums up the research in this paper and looks into the distance for the next research.
