Current China is being in the big social transformation time. The breadth and the depth of the transformation are unprecedented. The social systems have caused a series of social moral questions, for example some people forget morality at the sight of profits . They are eager for quick success and immediate gain. The altruistic behavior is weaken, the fraudulent practice increases and so on. This has also interfered with the present school moral education work. The moral education for the young also becomes various countries'mutual recognition. Since the reform and open policy, our country's school moral education's overall condition has improved, but it is still unsatisfactory. The effectiveness of moral education is regarded as"stubborn illness"in the middle school moral education. Regarding this question, people before study mainly about the internal causes of moral education ,including the moral education structure, the process, the contents and so on, or about the moral education external factors ,including the social environment of the moral education, the factors of the moral education school and so on , attempting to find the answers to these questions. The author works as a political education teacher, from the moral education reality, makes every effort to analyze the"stubborn illness"which is easily neglected in the former moral education. The whole article is divided into three parts: The first part has analyzed the moral education validity in the middle school, from the theory to the practice; The second part has analyzed the main factors which restrict the validity of the current middle school moral education; The third part has proposed the solutions and countermeasure to the validity of the middle school moral education.
