| Gyroscopic movement is a traditional sports game,which is the rule, to a certain extent,defending the Spin up the venue,their top offensive and defensive throw,beating defending gyro will keep the playing field hit the top side area or in the field than inside the defending gyro spin longer and score events。The campaign set fitness, entertainment,leisure as a whole, there are highly ornamental,and can exercise the body's coordination and wrist strength,good for frozen shoulder and other diseases, prevention and treatment,making more and more people began to love this activity。See top sports has many advantages,and groups for different sectors,should be generally carried out in the general population。However,because it is traditional ethnic sports,people know it is more scarce,there is no large-scale gyro population,this article would like gyro movement by Hebei Province were carried out research for the development of China's top sports and popularity provide a reference。This paper uses literature and data,survey method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the eleven cities in Hebei Province to carry out mass gyro,schools and sports gyro conduct investigations were carried out according to the current Hebei Province gyro movement problems propose countermeasures。The result is:(1)Top sports people in Hebei province dominated by men,30-50 years old in the age structure,education and more for the college crowd;interest in 68.2% of the number of people are very fond of the sport,their participation in the majority of top sports motivation because of love and the game needs;forms of activities to activities with friends, personal-based activities。(2)Gyro movement in Hebei Province, only seven colleges and universities,these schools have full-time top teachers,undergraduate-oriented education,and only two schools participated in professional training of teachers, three schools have a long-term teaching programs。Gyro movement had not participated in the school survey found that the reason is because the leadership does not attach importance to the sport (61.5%) and lack the necessary teaching staff (53.8%),but the top students of these schools have a high interest in sports, accounted for 84.7%。 (3)Hebei Province, a total of eight schools involved in top sports, including the largest number of participating schools in Qinhuangdao,for three; and gyroscopic motion introduced into the primary and secondary classroom teaching;spare time to carry out a variety of top sport, and to strengthen the school's top sports athletes train,arrested good team building;
