Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Traditional Sports Of Minorities In Middle Schools In Southwest Hubei

Southwestern of Hubei is located in the southwest of Hubei province;it is located in the Wuling Mountain Area where the three provinces of Hunan,Hubei,and Chongqingprovince.It has been a multi-ethnic settlement since ancient times.It is the birthplace of Cuban culture and one of the birthplaces of Tujia culture.The national culture is profound.Through the evolution of history,the integration of ethnic minorities has formed many traditional sports of ethnic minorities that are closely related to local life.These traditional sports are an important part of the traditional culture of ethnic minorities and have very important cultural values.School is the cradle of cultural communication and development,and it has an irreplaceable status.It is of great significance to carry out traditional sports of ethnic minorities in middle schools.Based on the theory of D.Berlo's communication model in educational communication,this study takes the current situation of the development of traditional sports in middle schools in Southwestern Hubei Province,using literature methods,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,from teachers and The students conducted an in-depth investigation on the current situation of traditional sports in middle schools in Southwestern Hubei Province,and comprehensively analyzed the current situation and existing problems of traditional sports in middle schools in Southwestern Hubei.The results show that the middle school passers-by(teachers)and the recipients(student)in the southwestern Hubei region are very active in the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities,but they have insufficient understanding of traditional sports of ethnic minorities.The professional structure is unreasonable,the traditional sports teachers of ethnic minorities are lacking;the equipment in the middle school area of southwestern Hubei is in short supply,and there is no special teaching material for traditional sports in minority areas;the traditional sports items of middle schools in southwestern Hubei are too few and have a single form;local government The school leaders have not enough awareness and propaganda to carry out the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in the school;the traditional sports competitions of ethnic minorities participating in the district have received fewer performances,and almost no systematic training of minority traditional sports teachers has been organized every year.The movement of ethnic characteristics in ethnic minority areas can only be carried out in form.The dominant factors and constraints of the development of middle schools in Southwestern Hubei Province were analyzed.There are three main advantages: the regional cultural advantage;the policy advantage;the better mass base.The main constraints are: lack of professional faculty;lack of professional textbook theory;influence of economic factors;leadership's emphasis on minority traditional sports and insufficient propaganda;the impact of modern competitive sports development.Finally,suggestions for the current situation of the development of traditional sports of minority schools in the southwest of Hubei Province are proposed:1)Raise awareness and expand the influence of traditional sports of ethnic minorities.2)Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and introduce professional talents through multiple channels.3)Rationally adapt and integrate minority traditional sports resources4)Increase the regulation of the ethnic and religious departments and the education sector.5)Building a traditional sports school with ethnic minorities in a point-and-click manner.
