Present Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Research Of Shiqian County Middle School Sports Introduction Of Minority Traditional Sports

This article through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and data processing and other research methods, on the basis of the necessity and feasibility of Minority Traditional Sports in school physical education of the school, current situation, the introduction of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Shiqian county middle school to carry out the investigation and study of the national traditional sports and less number of problems, the introduction of the school of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in the school to carry out effective countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation of the conclusion is that almost all of the introduction of Shiqian County Middle School of traditional ethnic sports, but the effect is not good, the main problems are: first, the majority of PE teachers do not have the traditional minority national sports skills, the school participated in a large minority traditional sports activities in student organizations are hiring college students to do a part-time instructor; second, minority sports schools are some of the Games in the national minority traditional sports meeting, project is single, not according to the local characteristics to carry out other suitable exercise; third, the lack of traditional minority national sports venues and equipment and specialized teachers; fourth the school, although the introduction of traditional ethnic sports in schools, but the effect is not good, regular physical education has to foot, basket, row, and several main categories; fifth, although the school to carry out the traditional sports of ethnic minorities, but related to the popularization of knowledge is not in place, resulting in many students don’t have deep understanding of the project.In view of the above problems, the author put forward the following suggestions: first, the Middle School of Shiqian county should make full use of the resources of the minority traditional sports of Shiqian county is abundant, step by step, there are plans to introduce national minority tradition sports project, based on the trial in a small range gradually expanded; second, suit one’s measures to local conditions, and actively explore, bold innovation third, the school adopted; supplementary funds to buy equipment, field maintenance, organize teachers go out to participate in relevant training, hire experts to teach the course in the school of civil and other measures to ensure the effective implementation of the minority traditional sports projects; fourth, the school and the community should pay attention to the minority traditional sports cultural propaganda, and actively create a good cultural atmosphere; fifth students to participate in, the traditional minority national sports, sports teachers and sports organizations related to strengthen the guidance for students; sixth, establish reasonable and effective personnel security mechanism.
