The Analysis Of The Ways Of Training Media Arts College Students' Quality

Mass media and popular art play increasingly important roles in modern society, but the environment of media arts and professional ethics of practitioners are not optimistic. Facing occupational composition of the media and drawbacks existed in professional management system, the colleges which are responsible for cultivating the media arts practitioners with great professional ethics are facing this severe challenge. In order to solve the fundamental problem gradually, as "radical reform" requires, the media arts colleges must develop from the root to cultivate art talented person with high professional morality, rigorous and realistic professional attitude, adherence to professional ethics and a strong sense of social responsibility.Therefore, this article emphasizes the importance of quality of professional ethics, and investigates the ethical problems of students in media arts college and analyzes the causes of the problem to find the new ways to cultivate professional and moral qualities of the students in media arts college.Through the questionnaire, the paper makes the basic research and statistics on professional ethics of media arts college students in terms of their profession and levels. It founds that the current situation is not optimistic, such as their quality of basic professional ethics is relatively weak; the dominant position of core professional values is not obvious; professional emotion is indifferent and they lack of social responsibility, the sense of professional ethics and professional legal qualities. Through the reference of relevant books and documents, there are so many aspects about the research on the quality of professional ethics need to improve and enhance.. Meanwhile, through the investigation and research, whether the employer or the public have a very high requirement on the quality of professional ethics of media arts career practitioners. So the ethical quality of college students is urgently needed to be improved. Through the investigation and analysis, there are four main reasons causing it:First, the professional ethics training system does not form; educational and teaching departments do not pay enough attention to it; teaching content is not systematic; teaching system is incomplete. Second, the carrier of traditional moral education is single, simple, utilitarian and poor effective. Third, vocational guidance education do not pay enough attention to cultivate students'professional ethics. And there are so many problems in course arrangement and practical guidance. Fourth, do not take advantage of unique educational resources to the depth of excavation and education.Through the discussion on the importance of quality of professional ethics of current media arts college students; investigation of main problems and analysis of the reasons, it is compulsory to find solutions to it. According to the analysis of the causes, there are four appropriate ways to solve it:(1) establishing cultivation system including the about quality of professional ethics and teaching system, constructing theoretical system from four aspects:the foundation of professional ethics; media arts professional core values; media arts career emotion and social responsibility; media arts professional ethics and legal awareness. (2) making full use of and integrating existing moral resources to cultivate the quality of professional ethics in innovative way; (3) strengthening the efforts of vocational guidance and the teaching of vocational guidance; (4) digging the potential and educational resource in media arts college to conclude the factor for cultivating quality of professional ethics to promote moral progress, which requires to build a big moral environment and the formation of full moral consciousness.
