As to the main defensive area and the defender who holds the ball, it usually adopt these offensive manners such as converging attack and steal forcing your opponent make mistakes or can't form plans and rhythm of the overall defensive tactics attack because of panic.In a game, the sudden full court press defensive tactics is a strategy, which is used by the defender as a whole team's defensive tactics against personal attack tactics in essence. When the opponents are caught off guard and in a panic, we can put the strong defender at the main defensive area, and take offensive defense against the ball-holder, so we can reverse the game trend by obvious defense. Therefore, induce, summarize and analyze the CBA team's use form and effect of full-court press has important theoretical and realistic significance, it has a positive guiding significance for each team of The CBA and even the national team to find the using methods of full-court press and of attack the full court press defense. The author, take advantage of his position as a teacher in Shandong Normal university sports institute in Jinan, Shandong province, often go to watch and study how the Shandong gold men's basketball team use and crack full-court press in defending at home. And the author also usually has deep discussions with the team couch and his staff about the full-court press defense. This paper analyzes the present situation of full-court press in attack and defense of the 2010-2011 Chinese male basketball league Shandong Gold men's home and away sixteen games and twelve league playoff last four games by using the method of literature, video observation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and the questionnaire methods. This paper aims at inducing, summarizing and analyzing all the above games in an all-round and objective perspective, in order to provide a solid scientific research security for the club to fight for the 2011-2012 China men's basketball team basketball professional league. The results of the study show that:1.In seventeen teams in the men's CBA of 2010-2011, the players adopt the half court man-to-man, zone defense and full-court press tactics.
