Facing the new curriculum reform, the majority of the teachers and the students hope to promote "quality education", but because of the realistic social pressure teachers' behavior often draw further apart and quality education. The large gap between theoretical research and present situation of education in our country is the main obstacles to promote the course reform.How to solve this problem, is the first to bear the brunt of the problem as to promote quality education.Inquiry is the key to science learning, how to make students through independent exploration, in identifying, understanding and solving problems in learning, in class to implement inquiry concept is the key to the reform of education.Lesson plan as a basis for teaching essential.as the connection of the concept of teacher education and classroom teaching practice link, deserves our attention. The lesson plan design is both traditional and new problems, because the teaching situation of circumstance, every kind of teaching mode has its advantages but also has its limitation and one-sidedness, without a teaching mode is omnipotent. According to the actual teaching situation, choose proper teaching mode, and the diverse, personalized, innovative design.As first-line of biological teachers, author thinks that the middle school biology teaching design need not the blind pursuit of inquiry learning program, the key is to want to study under the guidance of the concept, design not only suitable for China's middle school biology teachers' actual needs, but also can alleviate the new curriculum reform and teacher 's practical work habits between the contradictions, alleviate the curriculum goal and our students practical learning state of contradictions between operable teaching plan.In this paper, to explore the Inquiry concept of middle school biology teaching design is discussed, and through the actual teaching experiment, observation, interviews, teaching quality evaluation and in-depth analysis, found to explore the core concept of biology teaching application to obtain very good result : on the one hand it can fundamentally change the education concept of the teachers, for teachers provide the research concept of middle school biology teaching basic design principle and basis, will explore the concept of real implementation of the biology teaching in middle school.
