With the deepening of the education informatization, various information technology applied gradually to the classroom, but in how to improve the application effect of these technologies have been education practitioners are concern.Lesson plans as curriculum plan written presentation styles, in teachers' teaching activity plays an important role. However, the traditional lesson plans can't perfect land deduces teaching planning and innovation, cannot reflect the classroom situation, detail smoothly and finish the resources sharing between teachers and the exchange of experience between teachers, thereby reducing the enthusiasm and interest in learning communication.This study takes VCT (virtual classroom roaming) technology in the teaching, into training innovative teachers based on "the Microsoft study hand in hand", this paper introduces the concept of VCT related content, high school courses of information technology, solve the lesson plan design, strengthened the teacher's question interactive, promote teachers communication and knowledge sharing.This paper as VCT case studies, can not only enrich teaching cases in China, but also for VCT the popularization and development has done a little modest contribution.
