Scientific and rational design,arrangement of physical education in PE class program is to improve the teaching quality and student health basic premise.Since the new curriculum standards,teachers of physical education and health curriculum in primary and secondary schools are in compliance with the new curriculum standards "health first" guiding ideology,in the form of teaching programs,write,had a positive and innovative design,prompting table format gym class program appeared diversified development trend in the design.The emergence of this trend,although the development of Physical Education and Health Course played a certain role,but also exposed a series of problems,such lesson plan is designed not only failed to meet the new curriculum standards,also affected the class the accuracy of program implementation,standardization and innovation.Therefore,this study mainly for Physical Education and Health Curriculum of the table in the current format of lesson plan designed to diversify the status quo,in order to analyze the elements of the case as a starting point,the use of literature,interviews,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics the method of the present stage of physical education and health curriculum tabular lesson plan to sort out the various elements,analysis and discussion,and study the advantages and disadvantages of its design,to explore in the "New Standard" requirement tabular elements in the lesson plan problems in and write requirements.The results show:1,the new curriculum standards from the nature of the course,pay more attention to health education and quality development of students on the content,philosophy and curriculum objectives.2,is the basic element units lesson plan,lesson plan calls for accurate presentation elements,rational,standardized.In the new curriculum standards require that lesson plan is divided into three elements: preparation elements,elements of execution,summary feature,which helps to solve the lack of preparation of lesson plans in the process of repeated omissions and other issues.3,lesson plan preparation is to protect the elements of "health first" premise of teaching philosophy.However,at this stage lesson plans lack detailed consideration of the site facilities and security elements in preparation elements.4,the implementation of elements of the category to accurately and effectively reflect the new curriculum standards.In the implementation of elements of the lesson plan can be divided into "teacher-led" and "student body type",respectively,for different teaching objectives and content,at the request of a teaching objectives,design a variety of teaching content to play the subjectivity of students role in enhancing students' interest in sports,while cultivating harmonious teacher-student relationship.In the design stage format failed to highlight the theme,but there are topics where the content of confusion;therefore,the implementation of elements of the preparation should exhibit specific and quantitative characteristics,it is a good teacher's guidance,supervision,and monitoring role to play thus highlighting the role of the student body.5,sum up the significance of the presence of elements that can enhance the accumulation of practical teaching experience and a deep understanding of the students.However,summary execution and elements prone elements of the end portion confused,ignored,etc.,it is not conducive to improving teachers' lessons personal level.
