| Cage-football is a new form derivative from soccer, in a closed or semi-enclosed cage. There is no requirement for the size of venue or the quantity of people, it can be based on the actual situation, the performance is a free unrestrained activities of spirit. The form and ethos of cage-football can meet the development of modern cities, it is produced in the eighties of last century, it is the form of folk entertainment aboard, was introduced into our country in the beginning of the 21st century firstly in the main cities, gradually become a fashion activities.Cage-football has been more than thirty years from birth, and now it is widely spread around the world, it is also carried out in China for nearly ten years, it is a shame that the theoretical studies about its culture, sports features, functions stay in the starting point of the long road march, and it is not conducive to the healthy development of cage-football. In May 2009, Zhejiang Sports Bureau popularized cage-football as National Fitness Program and first carried out 11 test units in the province. During deep research of cage-football in Zhejiang Province, this paper take out the status of this activities and reasonable suggestions, encouragement, support, correct guidance to actively promote the cage-football activities.By the use of literature, interviews, field surveys, questionnaires, statistics, logical induction, conjoint with practical situation, this paper proposed out promotion recommendations in Zhejiang. The research found out that first, all the equipments of cage-football managed by the experimental city, operated by Football Association or other institutions. Most of the correlation persons in charge of cage-football in Zhejiang Province support this activities, and they know the status basically but hold optimistic prospects. Second, there are currently 13 football venues, the overall situation was outstrip the demand. Football associations differ in the operational aspects due to regional economic, cultural. Third. Zhejiang province held a cage-football match, other areas held the district race, race reported through television, newspapers and other media, formed general social awareness. The rules of cage-football are almost the same as rules of futsal. Cage-football has higher exercise intensity and security than other types of football, participants and the Football Association chargers believe that cage-football can promote fitness, enhance the people's physique, rich leisure life and educate platform. Forth, cage-football participants in Zhejiang are mainly male, middle-aged, high-educated, civil servants, employees and the self-employed workers who work under stable institutions. A large number of cage-football players participate weekly and 60-90 minutes a time, they are used to inviting friends and colleagues on participation. Participants felt that the atmosphere of this activity is not good, there is not much leisure time, not enough facilities and other factors, which restrict their participation, and they participate in cage-football for entertainment, recreation, interests, hobbies, fitness, weight loss, and to improve their football standards.To solve the above problems, this paper insists that in order to popularize cage-football in Zhejiang province we should focus on maintaining government support to improve organizational efficiency, co-ordinate sports resources, cascade sports industry, strengthen exchange of experience, balance regional development, encourage theoretical research, know the value theoretically, to improve the project itself, and make it a classic, optimize tournaments, create brand competitions. |
