Study Of The Current Situation And Counter-measures Of Top-level Sport Teams In College And Universities In Zhejiang Province

Athletic sports melting in school physical education field is one of world sports features .It will be a tendency in China's athletic sports development in the future that colleges train athletes who have high athletic level,high academic level and high quality speciality. To conform with this tendency, former national education committee issued the'Notice about Trying to Taking in High Level Athletes in General Universities'in 1986 and began to set up high level teams in about 50 universities. And then Zhejiang Province advanced the construction of high level teams in the same year. After 20 years development, the teams have been improved on scale quality and achievement. In fact, undergraduate athletes cannot accomplish their responsibility in national and international field, while undergraduate athletes in foreign countries are not the case. Therefore, this article aims to look back the work on the construction of high level teams impersonally of Zhejiang Province and provide functional departments with reference on the drawing of policies for the development of high level teams.This article uses literature and data method,questionare research,expert interview and statistical method to investigate the status quo of college high level teams of Zhejiang Province, with 6 universities in Zhejiang Province authorized by the Ministry of Education as the swatches. In this article, the author states the status quo of fountain,coaches,outlay,competition,management,programme setting in the development of college high level teams; analysis their reasons and give some advice. This article aims to evaluate working on the organization high level teams in colleges of Zhejiang Province impersonally and provide theoretical foundation for functional department and for healthy development of college high level teams.According to our analysis, we draw conclusions below: Firstly, Zhejiang's college high level teams'construction is sill at medium and backward position.Secondly, in the course of developing , there are lots of difficulties about Zhejiang's college high level teams For example ,limitation on the fountain of college high level teams results in general level of high level athletes. There are few superexcellent athletes ;on line training pattern has not came into being. The diathesis of coaches on high level teams cannot adapt to the needs of the team's development. Training system and inspiration mechanism for coaches require further improvement.Finally, Aiming at the status quo of college high level teams, the author suggests that we should firm our faith ,broaden policies to improve developing mode for high level athletes,indraught high level coaches,increase outlay and its benefits,et al...
