Golf, which has been one of the most popularized entertainments in Europe and America, has become favored by more and more Chinese people.Therefore, golf course has been established everywhere around the country. Being enforced by the trend of popularization, golf has gone beyond sport area and turned into an industry which produces large amount of profit. Since the management of a golf course consists of several important factors which are highly related to the membership, the study about golf membership should be focused. Applying to the methodologies of documentaries, statistics, interviews and questionnaire, this paper, which provides some good advice, conducted a research on satisfaction degree, members engagement motivation, engagement duration and engagement frequency of 15 golf courses located in Liaoning province.The paper came to the following conclusions:1. The marketing about golf clubs are as following. Ten clubs is running a Permanent Membership and the other five clubs have both Annual Membership and Permanent Membership. The service within golf courses mainly includes Personal Service, which has receptionist, coach, caddie boy and safeguard.2. The features of satisfaction degree successively includes service, marketing, environment, management and relationship. Service mainly focuses on the coach techniques,members priorities, coach guidances, servant efficiency,catering options,coach solicitude, members needs,servant courtesy,receptionists sincerity and hospitality. Marketing feature lies in the rationality of opening time and price,members games, the privileges of permanent members, the practicability of membership options and consuming guidance and propaganda. Environment feature is enforced by traffic convenience, neat and tidiness, barrier-free equipment, adequate structures, modernized facilities and course location. Management feature embodies safety emergency, contingency management and surveillance system. Relationship surely exhibits on the harmonious relations among the members.3. The engagement motivation successively consists of relieving pressure, communicating, improving techniques, entertaining, relaxing,making friends, extending horizon and meeting interests.4. The engagement frequency has the 3 levels. First level covers 5 clubs,including Dalian Jinshi Golf Club and the other four. Second level covers 7 clubs, including Dalian Wanshan Golf Club and the other six. Dalian Changxing Island Golf Club and the other two belong to the third level, which implies the engagement frequency is low. Meanwhile, the engagement duration shows that the normal 18-holes courses attract more members and then comes the 9-holes courses. However, the 27-holes and 36-holes courses have been ignored.
