A Study On Student Satisfaction Measurement For Construction Of Golf Course In Higher Vocational Colleges

Golf industry has achieved some success since the twenty years development inChina. It is an emerging industry in China. The cultivation of golf talent as the mainforce to develop golf industry is an important foundation for the development of golf.The writer aimed at actuality of course construction in our higher vocational collegesresearched how to enhance the construction level for golf course. This paper based onstudent satisfaction took satisfaction measurement for the students in highervocational colleges. The paper found out the deficiency in the golf courseconstruction from students’ point in order to perfect the construction. According tothe situation and problem of golf course construction in higher vocational collegesand bases student point, this paper construct student satisfaction index model of golfcourse construction in higher vocational colleges and made empirical study for it.Finally, the writer proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance thelevel of golf course construction. The specific content researched in this paper includefollowing aspects.（1）The paper constructed theoretical foundation for golf course construction inhigher vocational colleges. It included thorough analyzing notions about consumersatisfaction, the implication to investigate student satisfaction, the situation of golfcourse construction and discussing the student individual characteristic impact onsatisfaction in detail. The writer also illustrated the intension of student satisfaction ofgolf course construction. All the work discussed above laid the foundation forconstructing student satisfaction index model.（2）The paper constructed the student satisfaction index model of golf courseconstruction in higher vocational colleges. Through reviewing the classical consumersatisfaction model like ACSI, ECSI and CCSI, the writer built the conceptual studentsatisfaction model of golf course construction in higher vocational colleges throughreferencing ideas of these model construction. Then according to the reality of golfcourse construction in higher vocational college and choosing the potential variablewith relevant measurable variable scientifically to accomplish student satisfactionmodel of golf course construction in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it leaded toforming evaluation system of student satisfaction in higher vocational colleges.（3）The empirical study on student satisfaction measurement of golf course construction in higher vocational colleges. The paper employed golf tourismvocational college as object of empirical study, then verified validity of empirical dataand student satisfaction of golf course construction in higher vocational colleges. Atlast, on the basis of measurement results, the writer proposed some countermeasuresand suggestions to enhance student satisfaction of golf course construction in highervocational colleges.
