The School Security Administer

With the gradual deepening in China's education reform, some old problems and new challenges, especially the issue of campus security, are showing greater and greater importance. In recent years, in some areas, campus safety accidents are happening more and more frequently and has received more and more extensive attention from the whole society. Nowadays, as most students are the only child in our country, once safety accidents happens, it will bring parents, schools and society immeasurable influence. Every people concerned in education are pondering over the question of why these events would happen? Would such things happen again? What should we do?As education undertakers, we should seek reasons internally why such accident would happen and make it clear what kind of problem exists in the school management? How can schools do to avoid such accident? What kind of assistance should the superiors from the upper administration concerned provide?During the study on this topic, by taking the campus safety management in Hu Jinchao Vocational Technology School as the object, I especially highlight the great changes and the apparent effect in campus safety after the establishment and implement of campus safety management, and reflect the existing problems in the practice of the management actually and effectively. By analyzing and summarizing the study above, I am trying to present a set of effective campus safety management system, providing strategic choice for the future campus safety.
