Research Of The Campus Safety Management Of X College Nanjing

With the large-scale enrollment expansion in recent years,higher education institutions have been developing rapidly.The progress of society and the continuous development of high technology have brought new vitality to colleges and universities,but at the same time,it has made it more and more difficult for colleges and universities to carry out campus safety management.It has become more urgent to improve the specialty and specialty of management.Based on the investigation and analysis of the campus safety management of X Colleges Nanjing,this study applies the target management theory,the public crisis management theory and the social control theory as the foundation.It collects data through observation,literature review,interview and questionnaires,analyzes the measures and results of the current security management work and sorts out the existing problems.There are three major problems.First,The school safety management system is not perfect.Second,the campus safety management personnel with less capacity and weakness.Third,the school dealing with the safety management of off-campus personnel is difficult.The main reasons for these problems are as follows.First,the degree of attention paid to safety management is not enough.Second,It is difficult for the school to introduce the professional personnel of safety management.Third,the relevant security departments in the area where the school is located are not sufficiently supportive.On the basis of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the experience of campus safety management in other universities both at home and abroad.The main suggestions are as follows.Firstly,the institution should increase the emphasis on campus safety management;second,the institution should establish new system of campus safety management new mechanism.Thirdly,the institution should create a professional campus safety management team.Lastly,the institution should establish a joint mechanism with the local security sector benign cooperation.The campus safety management of colleges and universities is the cornerstone of the normal operation of colleges and universities.Only by paying full attention to safety management can colleges and universities carry out various tasks,such as teaching and research.The campus safety management in colleges and universities is not only a matter of campus safety management departments.It also requires the full understanding of university leaders,the joint efforts and attention of all teachers and students in colleges and universities and the strong support of local government departments.Only in this way can we create a more secure,stable,civilized and harmonious campus environment so as to foster more and better talents for the society and make due contributions to the development of society.
