Academic Influence Evaluation Index (AIEI) system of the academic papers, a very important part of the online paper documents that is published by the Higher Education Institutions Teachers, Researchers and so on. And the establishment of AIEI system, to eliminate their doubt about the online paper documents, and enforce the Academic Exchange and Knowledge Share between the College teachers, Researchers, that is of great significance that how to conversion their Research Achievement into practical productive forces.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign evaluation studies about the academic influence, this paper is relying on the origin and other related academic theories of the Online-journal and the online paper documents, summarizing the reference value about the online paper documents. Through the survey research, this paper also in-depth analyzed the development status and the academic status and influence of the online paper documents in China. At the same time, on the basis of the reference analysis of the Academic Influence Evaluation Index about the traditional paper documents, combined with the expert's questionnaire survey, this paper constructed an Academic Influence Evaluation Index (AIEI) system about the online paper documents. Firstly, to clear and definite the weight of each index used the AHP, and secondly, to synthetically evaluate the Academic influence of the online paper which used the faint and overall evaluation method. Therefore, basis on the analysis about the evaluated results, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions which can enhance the academic influence of the online papers from the Law, the System, the Publicity, the Technology and so on.
