As the most common and important method of education evaluation,the main tool test paper affects the test results to a certain extent,especially the quality of the test paper will have a significant impact on the test quality.At present,experts have constructed an evaluation index system for the quality of test papers,but the index system for the primary school academic level papers is rare.This study attempts to construct a quality index system for primary school academic level papers,with a view to playing a positive role in controlling the quality of test papers,improving the level of academic evaluation,and promoting the further development of primary school students.The research highlights the characteristics of the subject,and the evaluation paper of the primary school literary industry is taken as the object of system construction.Under the premise of grasping relevant educational theories,with reference to various aspects of information,the rigorous investigation and analysis process is gradually improved.In the process of research,using literature interpretation,text analysis,interviews,questionnaires,factor analysis,expert ranking and other methods,in accordance with the process of "proposed indicators-index screening-index structure analysis-determination of weight-indicator verification" process is formed to be operational a practical indicator system.The research is divided into four parts: the principle and basis of the construction of the index system,the presupposition and refinement of the indicator system,the screening and analysis of the indicator system,and the verification of the indicator system.Principles and basis for the construction of the indicator system.At the beginning of the research,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the system construction,the five principles and five foundations of the system construction were established.The five principles are scientific and normative,feasibility and operability,effectiveness,comprehensiveness and guidance;five basis are related education policies and regulations,"Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(2011 Edition)",the nature of primary school Chinese courses The characteristics of physical and mental development of primary school students and the research results of previous people.Presupposition and refinement of the indicator system.According to the analysis results of the above five basis,the first-level indicators of the indicator system,namely the test paper design,the proposition technology,the test title system,the test paper content,and the specific indicators in each basis are refined,and 39 items are obtained.Screening and analysis of the indicator system.The 39 refinement indicators were compiledinto questionnaires and distributed to the first-line language teachers.Based on the preliminary analysis of the results of the questionnaires,34 indicators were identified.In order to make the indicator system more hierarchical,the factors of the 34 indicators were factored.Analysis,extraction of common factors,index interpretation and naming,thus forming 12 secondary indicators,namely,preparation of specifications,accurate objectives,description of scores,good structure,appropriate difficulty,high reliability and validity,high degree of discrimination,perspective of investigation,fits the curriculum,covers a wide range,is suitable for the background,and is open.In view of the operability requirements of the indicator system,the expert ranking method is used to assign and assign weights to each level and each index.Verification of the indicator system.In this part,the final established indicator system is verified by selecting the test paper and scoring it against the results of the expert analysis.
