In the century of knowledge economy oriented, education development determined the fate of country's future, "If the youth are wise, the country will be wise. If the youth are wealthy, the country will be wealthy." Our compulsory education assume the important responsibility for found a state and prosper it, supply fundamental quality talents to country. It's the fundamental project to China sustainable development for socialist modernization, to realize whole Chinese ethic peoples'renaissance.In the terms of politics and economics developed imbalance, objective reality of limitation in education resources is one of important factor to restrain Chinese compulsory education development, therefore, on the premise of insure effective education input, how to rationalize the compulsory education resources allocation and appliance to let resources input satisfied the people's growing demand for education, using best optimized allocation to gain the biggest interests is a serious facing problem disturbing others countries now, it's also the urging problem to solve for Chinese education sustainable development. Under the new social environment, we're facing a number of problems because our compulsory education's self-characters to develop education. Therefore, to make a research and discussion for compulsory education resources allocation problem which is base ourselves on China's realities have a significant meaning.Firstly, the paper begin from the current situation of education and economy research from home to abroad, depending on relative theories for resources allocation as theoretical framework. Through analyse the situation of China compulsory education resources allocation to point out China compulsory education resources allocation is exist imbalance problems, find restraining factor through research counter the main aspects of problems and make a deeper analysis and research on influence factors of China compulsory education resources allocation. Secondly, using factor analysis to assess and evaluate China compulsory education resources allocation situation which is use China's 5 autonomous regions,4 municipalities directly under the Central Government and 23 provinces as samples. Finally, combine with assessment and evaluation about current situation of China compulsory education resources allocation to propose the solving advices for promoting China compulsory education sustainable development and optimizing compulsory education resources allocation.
