Their physical health will have a direct impact on their contribution to society, and physical exercise is to keep the body functioning at its best, the most active and most effective means. To meet the demand for teachers to participate in physical training, sports club burned out in this case. To research Harbin City sports club status, analysis the factors of teachers'sports clubs and propose a better development of countermeasures and suggestions for sports clubs.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,interview,statistics and other research methods investigate. Put Harbin colleges into Polytechnic colleges,Comprehensive universities, Agriculture, Forestry institutions, Medical institutions, Teachers colleges, Financial institutions. According to the proportion of the overall share of various universities, colleges and universities in the six categories random sampling method, collected 10 universities,10 colleges and universities through the Sports Club to open the situation of teachers in research and understand university teachers in Harbin City Sports Club was established to the creation of a total class project, organization, venue, activities, activity time, status of teacher participation, teachers, coaches sports club status, management status.Through the research found that:sports clubs run by the main teacher,supplemented by school and organizing of sports; activities are free to guide the training to match the training, the exchange of external competition, the website platform for communication, organization watch the game and bring their families to participate social activities. The surveys of 76.19% clubs have a fixed venue, which are used with the students, division conducted a total of 10 sports club sports, the number of participants is the top three basketball, aerobics, badminton; 47.62% sports clubs recruited teachers exercise instructors, including six from the school's physical education teacher, three is the school amateurs, and there is 1 from physical school students. The management of sports clubs is chaotic,56.85 percent of the members of the status teachers are not satisfied with the management of sports clubs. By R-factor analysis to determine the impact of the four teachers in the development of sports clubs factors:social factors, personal factors, environmental factors, cultural factors. Through the above-depth research and detailed analysis, this study suggests that:1,The number of teachers involved in sports clubs and the club number increases every year, especially in the last two years, the speed of the fastest growing.2,The form of Harbin Teacher Sports Club seems single, the teachers select the gender differentiated sports. Teachers participate in a single sports club activities, mainly focusing on the activities of freedom;3,As the number of university sports venues and timing of various factors make a serious lack of venues.4,Members of sports clubs are not satisfied with their physical training instructors.5,Sports club management system is not perfect, imperfect organization and management is not clear. |
