Commercial fitness club, it is to point to the owners the gym (club) as a business entity,for-profit, and, by means of fitness entertainment facilities for activities to the general public toprovide leisure, entertainment and fitness services enterprises. Commercial fitness club is in thenational fitness service system an important constituent, also is an important component of thedevelopment of sports industryPoints, the expansion of fitness crowd, increase socialemployment has a positive effect.In this paper, using the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, interviewinvestigation method, logic analysis and other research methods to carefully analysised thepresent situation of the commercial fitness club in jiangxi province. First to the marketdevelopment and present situation of jiangxi province fitness, brief account of the commercialfitness club of jiangxi province were investigated, the investigation involved in fitness clubservice projects and service content, financial strength and management area, annual card fee,trainer team, professional background and the basic situation of the on-the-job trainingsituation, the personnel of the service and use of the software system, professional skills, basiccondition, government regulation, and funding to the club has made a comprehensiveinvestigation and analysis.Understands from investigation, the development of commercial fitness club in jiangxiprovince are market positioning is not accurate, the club competition between chaotic, the localgovernment industry regulation and policy support is insufficient, the club itself is not enoughscientific management professional, the club management was not well combined with localculture habit, etc.Research suggests: commercial fitness club to correct market positioning to the customer;Set up fitness industry association to regulate to the club; Club themselves are to deepen theoperation and management, strengthen the system management, expand business areas, richservice system and improve the marketing system to establish the network support system;Local governments should strengthen policy and financial support; Project developmentcharacteristics, differentiation competition route.
